Directions

From the A12 take B1121 towards Saxmundham. In 1/4 mile turn right signed "Benhall Green". Lime Tree House is 200 yards on the right, opposite the thatched school. The entrance into the yard is next to the telephone box. Go through the green gate in the wall on the right to find the house.
